岗位职责:
- 1、制定各部门年度KPI，并月度追踪达成情况；
- 2、双周输出经营业绩检视汇报，尤其是加强投资竞争力的追踪力度；
- 3、完成常规工作，包括月度经营业绩汇报、KPI达成通报，以及配合银行公告节奏，按季度报送经营情况等；加强经分系统建设，跟进报表落地及逻辑优化；
- 4、挖掘公司及行业数据库指标，输出负债端和投资端专项分析。
岗位要求:
- 1、硕士及以上学历；
- 2、有预算编制、经营分析、战略咨询等相关工作经验3年以上；
- 3、对数字敏感，熟练使用各种工具进行数据分析；
- 4、取得CFA、CPA等资格证书者优先。
