公司介绍 | Company Introduction Carloha集团成立于2014年，是全球可持续汽车解决方案的先驱。凭借全球采购网络、先进翻新制造能力和强大供应链体系，集团专注于为全球经销商、车队运营商及企业客户提供全方位汽车服务，为合作伙伴量身定制高质量可靠车辆，提供一站式购车体验及全面汽车解决方案。 集团业务遍及20多个国家（覆盖东南亚、中东、西非、中亚等核心市场），拥有80余家全球合作伙伴集团服务，并在上海、尼日利亚和墨西哥设有现代化超级工厂。此外，集团还与电动汽车制造商携手，将优质 EV 产品与服务引入新兴市场。 当前，Carloha集团正处于全球业务拓展与技术创新的关键阶段，公司需要更多热爱汽车行业、认同可持续发展理念的人才加入。期待与你一起，推动汽车行业迈向更可持续、更环保的未来。 岗位职责 | Responsibilities 1.负责大宗商品采购、销售、库存、物流、交付全流程财务核算与结算。 Oversee full-cycle finance and settlement for commodity trading, including procurement, sales, inventory, logistics, and delivery. 2.熟悉信用证、提单/仓单、质检、报关、交付确认、开票等贸易交付环节，确保财务节点与业务匹配。 Manage trade delivery processes: L/C, B/L, warehouse receipts, quality inspection, customs clearance, delivery confirmation, and invoicing. 3.处理点价、均价、升贴水、临时价、最终结算价等大宗商品计价方式。 Handle commodity pricing mechanisms: pricing period, average price, premium/discount, provisional price, and final settlement price. 4.负责资金计划、收付款、贸易融资、往来管理、汇率与信用风险跟踪。 Manage cash planning, payments, trade finance, receivables/payables, FX and credit risk monitoring. 5.负责月度/季度/年度结账、报表编制、税务申报与合规。 Lead monthly/quarterly/annual closing, financial reporting, tax filing, and compliance. 6.提供品类、客户、项目维度盈利分析与现金流分析，支持业务决策。 Provide profitability and cash flow analysis by category, customer, and project to support business decisions. 7.优化财务流程与内控，推动跨部门协作与团队管理。 Optimize finance processes, internal controls, cross-functional collaboration, and team management. 任职要求 | Requirements 8. 五年以上年财务经验，至少3年大宗商品贸易行业财务经验。 5 - 10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in commodity trading. 9.熟悉大宗商品贸易交付流程：合同、信用证、提单/仓单、质检、物流、报关、交付、结算、开票。 Familiar with commodity trade delivery flows: contracts, L/C, B/L, warehouse receipts, QC, logistics, customs, delivery, settlement, and invoicing. 10.有实操经验，能亲自处理账务、结账、报表、税务、资金等具体工作。 Hands-on experience in accounting, closing, reporting, tax, and treasury. 11.英语可作为工作语言，能读写英文合同、邮件、报表，能与海外伙伴日常沟通。 Workable English: able to read/write English contracts, emails, and reports, and communicate with overseas partners. 12.熟悉企业会计准则、税务合规、外汇管理、贸易融资。 Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, FX management, and trade finance. 13.熟练使用ERP系统（SAP/Oracle/用友/金蝶等）及Excel。 Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Yonyou/Kingdee, etc.) and Excel. 14.稳定可靠、沟通能力强、注重细节、业务导向、抗压能力强。 Stable, reliable, strong communication skills, detail-oriented, business-driven, and able to work under pressure. 15.本科及以上，财务/会计/审计/金融相关专业；CPA/ACCA/CMA/中级会计师优先。 Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/Accounting/Audit/Finance-related fields; CPA/ACCA/CMA/Intermediate Accountant preferred. 加分项 | Nice to Have 汽车，配件等细分领域经验。 Experience in automotive, parts, and other sub-sectors. 国际贸易、跨境结算、贸易融资、套期保值实操经验。 Hands-on experience in international trade, cross-border settlement, trade finance, or hedging. 四大、大型贸易公司、跨国公司财务经验。 Experience at Big 4, large trading companies, or multinational corporations. ERP上线、财务流程优化、自动化项目经验。 Experience in ERP implementation, finance process optimization, or automation projects.
