What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责钢结构工业厂房项目工程量计算、清单编制及预算编制，确保误差率控制在2%以内 2. 参与项目投标报价，完成成本分析、报价方案制定及商务标书编制，年完成投标项目不少于10个 3. 跟踪项目施工过程，完成工程变更签证核算、进度款申报及竣工结算，结算周期控制在30天内 4. 运用广联达、鲁班等算量软件及CAD进行图纸算量，建立并维护项目成本数据库 5. 配合项目经理完成成本控制目标，定期输出成本分析报告，提出降本增效建议 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，工程造价、工程管理等相关专业 2. 熟悉钢结构工业厂房施工工艺及计价规范，掌握工程量清单计价规则及定额应用 3. 熟练使用广联达算量软件、CAD制图软件及Office办公软件，具备独立算量计价能力 4.
工作严谨细致，具备较强的数据敏感度、沟通协调能力及抗压能力
