JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位描述：

• Assist in quality system document management and maintenance, including document review, document archiving and KPI tracking; 协助质量体系文件的管理与维护，包括文件检查、文件存档及KPI跟踪；
• Assist in personnel authorization system data maintenance, archiving, scanning, and KPI tracking; 协助人员授权系统数据维护、归档、扫描及相关KPI跟踪；
• Support training material preparation and document standardization; 协助培训资料准备及文件标准化整理；
• Translate French documents into English and/or Chinese 负责法文文件的英文或中文翻译；
• Assist in archiving management, scanning, archiving, and archive database maintenance; 协助档案整理、扫描、归档及档案数据库维护；
• Support the collection and analysis of data, and prepare reports and summaries. 支持收集和分析数据，编写报告和总结。
• Support QMS, personnel authorization, and supplier management activities; monitor issue status and follow up on improvement actions; 协助质量管理体系（QMS）、人员授权及供应商管理相关工作，监控问题状态并跟进改善措施；
• Assist in taking photos and videos for visual work instructions; 协助拍摄照片及视频，用于可视化作业指导书开发；
• Assist in quality related training and promotion activities, including event planning, communications, video production, and vendor coordination; 协助开展质量相关培训及宣传活动，包括活动策划、宣传推广、视频制作及供应商协调等工作； JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 岗位要求 & 资格：
• Undergraduate or postgraduate student; Major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Education, Management, or related fields; 本科或硕士在读，工业工程、机械、制造、教育、管理等相关专业优先
• Good ability in English, CET-6 or above; 英语六级及以上；
• Good computer skills especially for MS office (Outlook, WORD, PPT, EXCEL, VISIO, Power BI, etc.); 熟练使用办公软件（Outlook、WORD、PPT、EXCEL、VISIO、PBI等）；
• Excellent document writing skills; 文档写作功底扎实；
• Skilled in photo/video shooting and editing, with proficiency in common video editing software; 具备照片/视频拍摄与剪辑能力，熟练使用常见视频编辑软件；
• Priority to those who with a basic understanding of quality management system; 对质量管理体系有一定了解的优先；
• Good teamwork spirit and adaptability; 具有良好的团队合作精神和适应能力；
• Proactive in learning new knowledge and skills, willing to take on challenges and tasks; 积极学习新知识和技能，愿意接受挑战和任务；
