【Candidate Profile】
- 英文聽說讀寫流利，能獨立進行國際客戶溝通
- 對新事物學習快速，抗壓性佳，能在變動環境中保持穩定表現
- 三年以上相關工作經驗，熟悉 B2B 銷售與國際貿易流程
- 有工業材料或回收產業經驗者尤佳
【Responsibilities】
- 主動開發潛在海外客戶、拓展市場，實現個人與團隊業績目標
- 負責產品報價、合約簽訂與出貨相關協調作業
- 熟悉進出口業務流程，能獨立作業並掌握出貨、帳款回收等細節
- 需具備金屬材料之基本知識，具銷售或再生材料回收經驗者尤佳
- 積極與內外部合作夥伴溝通協調，確保業務流程順暢
- 薪資結構包含固定薪資與開發獎金，績效導向、獎勵明確
