该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 统筹管理区域内门店陈列标准落地，确保100%执行品牌视觉规范 2. 制定季度陈列调整计划，覆盖区域内家门店，提升商品展示转化率 3. 负责陈列团队日常管理，指导并考核5-8名陈列专员的工作绩效 4. 协同商品与运营部门，根据销售数据优化重点SKU陈列位置，带动单店销售额提升10%以上 5. 定期巡店检查，输出陈列诊断报告，推动问题整改率达95%以上 任职要求： 1. 大专及以上学历，5年以上零售陈列管理经验，有运动品牌背景者优先 2. 精通VM视觉营销体系，熟悉陈列数据分析与空间规划工具 3. 具备较强的团队领导力，能有效激励并培养下属陈列技能 4. 适应高频出差，抗压能力强，具备跨部门沟通协调能力 5. 熟悉零售终端运营流程，对消费者动线及购买行为有敏锐洞察
