高级工艺技术工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities岗位职责：

• Champion the Estane business strategy by executing regional initiatives under the Estane TPU Business Technology Plan (BTP), utilizing the Lubrizol stage-gate model (PPMP) and managing the scale up of new products/process. 通过执行 Estane TPU 业务技术计划（BTP）下的区域项目，推动 Estane 业务战略；运用路博润阶段关卡模型（PPMP），并管理新产品/新工艺的放大。
• Define and implement Most Effective Technology (MET) for Estane TPU manufacturing. Solving process technology problems through process fundamental exploration, DOE, and adoption of new technologies, equipment, and methodologies. 为 Estane TPU 制造定义并实施最有效技术（MET）。通过工艺基础原理探索、DOE，以及采用新技术、新设备和新方法，解决工艺技术问题。
• Develop and implement data-driven processes to improve the manufacturing process and deliver enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced costs. 开发并实施数据驱动的流程，以改进制造工艺，并实现更高的安全性、更高的生产效率和更低的成本。
• Apply extensive process and technology expertise to serve as an AP TPU process expert, promoting best practices and leveraging technology across Global. and maintaining close collaboration with the global process technology fellow team. 运用丰富的工艺与技术专长，担任亚太区 TPU 工艺专家，推广实践，并在全球范围内充分利用技术；同时与全球工艺技术 Fellow 团队保持紧密合作。

Requirement岗位要求：

• Advanced education degree in chemical engineering, Polymer materials and Engineering or other related majors.

拥有化学工程、高分子材料与工程或其他相关专业的高等教育学位。

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Chemical or Polymer industry, with a focused experience on process optimization/development and product technology development. 至少3年化工或高分子行业经验，重点具备工艺优化/开发及产品技术开发经验。
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g MATAB) and data statistical analysis using Minitab is a plus. 具备工艺模拟软件（例如 MATAB）使用经验，以及使用 Minitab 进行数据统计分析的经验者优先。
• Demonstrated success in delivering technology enhancements and process optimizations.

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both oral and written English to collaborate effectively across global/regional teams.
