该职位来源于猎聘 "工作职责： 1、负责晶圆Wafer缺陷的日常监测，及时处理异常缺陷； 2、负责收集缺陷信息，分析确定缺陷的来源； 3、负责建立监控体系，实时监控产品制程异常和产品缺陷； 4、负责持续提升产品良率。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，微电子、物理、材料、化学等相关理工科相关专业； 2、有2年以上半导体行业YE良率工作经验，熟悉行业标准的质量管控体系如MES，FEMA，FECP等； 3、具有良好的报告编写及文件编写能力； 4、具备优秀的表达及团队协作能力，能够承受工作压力。"
