Lead RFQ processes, supplier benchmarking, commercial evaluations, and supplier selection activities. Conduct supplier capability assessments, audits, and risk evaluations. Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships to support business growth, localization, and global sourcing initiatives. 开发并认证原材料、零部件、模具及外协制造供应商。 主导RFQ、供应商比价、商务评估及供应商选择工作。 开展供应商能力评估、审核及风险分析。 建立并维护战略供应商关系，支持业务增长、本地化及全球采购战略。 Cost Optimization 成本优化 Analyze supplier quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities. Perform should-cost and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis. Drive productivity and cost reduction projects through supplier negotiations, value engineering, and sourcing optimization. Coordinate supplier involvement in DFM reviews, material selection, tooling development, PPAP/FAI, and production readiness activities. Ensure sourcing activities support successful project launch timelines. 在产品开发阶段与研发团队合作导入优质供应商。 协调供应商参与DFM评审、材料选型、模具开发、PPAP/FAI及量产准备工作。 确保采购活动满足项目开发及量产时间要求。 Supplier Performance Management 供应商绩效管理 Monitor supplier performance in quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost competitiveness. Lead supplier corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive supplier performance improvements through scorecards and development plans. 监控供应商质量、交付、响应速度及成本竞争力表现。 推动供应商改善及持续改进项目。 通过绩效评价体系和提升计划持续提升供应商能力。 Cross-functional Collaboration 跨部门协作 Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams. Provide sourcing recommendations for make-versus-buy decisions and product lifecycle management. Participate in procurement process improvement and transformation initiatives. 与研发、质量、制造、计划、物流及财务团队紧密合作。 为自制/外购决策及产品生命周期管理提供采购建议。 参与采购流程优化及采购体系建设项目。 What We're Looking For | 我们希望您具备 Qualifications & Experience 任职资格 Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier development, or supply chain management. Experience supporting supplier qualification, NPI projects, PPAP/FAI, and supplier performance management. Familiarity with sourcing categories such as plastics, metals, mechanical parts, electrical/electronic components, tooling, and contract manufacturing. 有工业设备、暖通制冷、家电或机电制造行业经验者优先。 熟悉塑料件、金属件、机械零部件、电气电子元器件、模具及外协制造采购。 Skills & Competencies 能力要求 Strong supplier management, negotiation, and cost analysis skills. Solid understanding of RFQ processes, supplier qualification, should-cost analysis, and TCO methodologies. Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Strong ownership mindset and execution ability. Fluent English communication skills.
