- 识别工程机械、矿山车辆、观光车、高尔夫球车、移动餐车、应急车辆等细分市场机会
- 开发OEM、改装厂、车队及行业渠道客户
- 推动驻车空调、车载冰箱、以及其他Dometic产品导入
- 建立年度Pipeline并管理销售漏斗
- 完成市场研究、竞争分析及商业计划
- 协调产品、研发和供应链资源完成项目落地 任职要求
- 3-8年工业品或汽车零部件销售经验
- 具备商用车、工程机械、汽车热管理、车载电器行业背景
- 有OEM或头部客户开发经验
- 结果导向，具备从0到1市场开拓能力
