确保日常工作达到服务标准，包括业务量、时效、品质及客户满意度 (3)
参与医疗险理赔审核操作规则的制定
参与医疗险疑难案件合议并提供专业意见 (5)
参与新同事带教指导，同时积累理赔审核经验，定期分享。 (6)
参与医疗险业务理赔审计及反欺诈实施 (7)
月度总结工作并向理赔经理汇报 岗位要求：
- 大学本科以上学历，医学或法律专业
- 3年及以上寿险理赔审核工作经历
- 有理赔投诉处理、反欺诈专项工作经验者优先
- 客户导向、具有团队合作精神和良好沟通能力
- 高效的问题解决能力
