该职位来源于猎聘 1.5年以上金属材料或3C零部件开发工作经验，宏程序探头编程、法兰克、台群等面板熟练操作； 2.熟悉金属材料或零部件的加工工艺，并且熟悉对应工艺设备原理及管控要点； 3.有独立的问题分析能力及现场处理能力，有排查问题、解决问题、输出验证结果资料的能力； 4.有主导Line Qualification，机台认证，相关实验方案制定，相关数据资料整理，对接客户审核； 5.根据产品特性及客户的相关要求制定产品及设备DFM，并定期与客户检讨，并形成文件供厂内执行；
