该职位来源于猎聘 新产品： 调试新产品（准备相关工具）并安排调试计划 编辑新产品加工程序 负责新产品爬坡/效率/铸造和机加工报废（跟踪新产品的报告） 跟踪新产品的稳定性 参与夹具设计和更改 量产产品： 优化旧产品在新设备上的调试和新夹具的调试 解决生产现场技术问题，协助产品工程师进行验证 编辑工装夹具配件的需求计划 分析零件不稳定的原因并进行调整 合理降低工具成本（每月分析工具） 参与产品工时的提升 优化生产现场的程序 产品的程序管理及定期备份 批产产品的生产技术支持，分析并改进异常 编制调试相关指导书及刀具组装图纸 完成上级领导安排的其他工作 岗位要求： 机械工程专业背景，大专以上学历 熟练编辑立卧车床程序及调试至少3年以上 熟练操作立卧加工中心优先 熟练CAD制图、Office，熟练软件编程
