- 负责搭建集团绩效管理体系，覆盖3大业务板块1500+岗位
- 主导年度绩效考核方案设计，确保100%部门覆盖率
- 开发绩效管理工具包（含KPI库、评估等）
- 每季度组织跨部门绩效复盘会，推动改进措施落地
任职要求：
1.5年以上绩效管理经验，有集团化企业COE背景优先
- 精通BSC、KPI等绩效工具，至少主导过3个完整考核周期
- 具备强数据建模能力，熟练使用Power BI等分析工具
- 出色的跨部门协调能力，曾推动3个以上部门流程优化
