- 搭建绩效管理体系，设计KPI/OKR考核方案
- 完成薪酬成本测算，控制人力成本占比在预算范围内
任职要求：
1.5年以上薪酬绩效管理经验，有集团化公司背景优先
- 精通Hay/Mercer等薪酬调研方法论
- 持有CIPD/SHRM认证者优先考虑
- 熟练使用SAP SuccessFactors或Workday系统
