Compliance Manager

• Pre-visit to new and potential business partners and release factory’s overall compliance report for management review. 对新的是潜在合作工厂进行访问，对工厂进行完整地评估，以作管理层决断的参考。
• Work closely with brands and 3rd party for audit application, CAP submission 保持与客户及第三方审核公司紧密沟通和合作，确保准时提交审核申请及提交整改计划等。
• Monitor factories social/quality/security compliance status on daily basis 每天监控管理所有合作工厂社会责任审核，品质评估及反恐安全审核的状态。
• Assist new factories with preparing for any kind of audit 帮助新工厂准备客户所要求的任何类型的审核。
• Visit cooperated factories before and after 3rd party audits assigned by brands, ensure factories are well prepared and take essential actions to improve before and after the audits. 对合作的工厂进行审核前及审核后的访问，确保工厂完好地准备及采取必要的改进。
• Summary and analyze issues so as to help factories well prepared and keep continuous improvement

总结分析审核中发现的所有问题，以帮助工厂作更好地准备及保持持续改进。

• Keep management well informed by submitting weekly work schedule, on site/final audit report and update the supplier compliance matrix on monthly basis 每周提交工作计划及现场的和正式的工厂审核报告，并每个月更新管理层所有工厂的验厂状态。
• Participate brands’ compliance training and annual sessions and keep updating of their latest requests 参与客户的合规培训及年度会议，持续更新客户的要求。
• Well management of operation system on clients’ platform 管理客户平台的操作系统。
• Review reports submitted by factories prior to delivering to client 审阅工厂提交的报告是否达到客户的要求。 任职要求： -Significant experience with factory operations, monitoring, auditing and remediation. Exceptional business communication and interpersonal skills, solid project management & ability to manage multiple task/project under minimal supervision
• SAI and BSCI certified is preferred
• Work with big retailer in US market like Walmart and Target is preferred -5-8 years or above in related field/industry
