1 收集客户现场反馈的异常信息，确认异常现象，落实整改负责人。
2 组织客户现场异常问题进行原因分析，制定有效预防对策，并推动整改、跟踪和验证。
3 针对重大质量问题，组织召开专题分析会，落实整改措施及负责人。
4 监督客户现场工程及售后人员等作业规范，针对风险点发出整改通知。
5 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求： 1、了解ISO9001质量管理体系要求，熟悉半导体装备行业； 2、具备质量管理经验或相关资格，掌握质量 统计工具，能熟练应用质量统计工具 其他补充要求：能适应短期出差
