CQE工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.和客户建立有效的沟通和快速反应，确保出现客诉，通过开展有效的沟通，让客户对客诉的处理感到满意；Communicate with customer effectiveness and make a quick response, Customer is satisfied with quality handling process while quality issue occurred. 2.把控客诉的进度，确保客诉的过程开展让客户满意；Ability to control progress for quality issue, Customer is satisfied with the whole process while quality issue occurred. 3.驱动团队进行根因分析和有效改善，编制客诉改善报告，并且向客户汇报改善报告；Lead and drive team for cause analysis and take actions effectiveness, and work out 8D or CAPA report, and report to Customer, and Customer is satisfied with it. 4.定期稽核客诉改善对策执行的有效性；Conduct termly auditing to make sure corrective actions and preventive actions to be taken effectiveness. 5.主导水平展开的改善对策的实施和跟进，确保水平展开开展有效；Take a lead role to track preventive actions which cover all other products.

• 对客诉进行分析，给出各个阶段主要改善质量问题的建议；Provide proposals for major quality improvements after data analysis and identification termly. 7.定期主动回访客户，找出差距并改善，让客户更满意；Visit customer termly, and identify gaps through communicating and lead to make improvements, make customer satisfy better. 8.维护客诉问题数据库。Maintain quality complaints database. 任职资格描述 1.大专及以上学历，理工科或管理科学背景；Junior College or above education background, major in engineering or management science. 2.5年以上客诉工程师同等职位相关工作经验；5 years above working experience in relevant position. 3.英语可与客户直接交流，能与印度客户直接交流优先；Communicate with Customers in English, communicate with Indian customer is a plus. 4.应对优秀客户客诉相关经验优先；Led to communicate with excellent customer for quality issue is a plus.
