- 协调内部资源解决客户投诉，推动质量改进
- 定期与客户沟通，汇报质量状况及改进措施
- 参与客户审核，准备相关质量文件
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验
- 英语口语流利，能独立对接海外客户
- 熟悉质量管理体系及工具（如8D、FMEA等）
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力
