该职位来源于猎聘 1. 负责FSP 团队的人员日常管理，负责FSP CRA 面试，入职培训，CRA日常工作管理，项目跟进，团队激励及绩效考评管理等； 2. 负责与FSP 客户的日常管理，包括但不限于： FSP 人员的日常跟进，项目的跟踪，主动/被动离职的管理，客户潜在需求的跟进； 3. 定期与客户申办方沟通，人员表现及改进计划，现场co-mo支持，维护客户满意度&人员的稳定性； 4. 负责FSP 相关财务管理，收入确认&预测，协议修订，付款计划管理等； 5. 其他FSP 团队相关管理工作 岗位要求； 1. 本科以上学历； 2. 3-5年的临床运营管理经验，外资公司工作背景； 3. 良好的沟通能力，团队管理能力，亲和力； 4. 英文workable； 5. 可接受2-3年PM 转岗
