该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 客户日常订单入ERP； 2. 根据客户需求安排出货并确保准时到达； 3. 根据客户需求，内部确认材料交期，并回复客人； 4. 解决客诉，达成客户满意度； 5. 定期和客户对账并安排开票给客户； 6. 根据要求安排退换货； 7. 根据客户需求，及时告知PMC调整备料和生产，避免产生呆滞； 8. 其他部门领导交代的任务。 岗位要求： 1. 本科以上学历，三年以上电子行业相关经验； 2. 英语可读写，CET4以上； 3. 责任感强，良好的沟通技巧，熟练使用offices办公软件； 4. 有客户跟单、项目管理、客户服务、售后处理等相关经验优先考虑；
