Customer Service Assistant/Officer 客戶服務助理/主任
主要職責：
- 負責處理客戶查詢（社交平台/電話/電郵/WhatsApp）
- 了解客戶需求，為客人講解公司產品及服務，提升客戶服務質素
- 通過優質客戶服務建立客戶忠誠度
- 與公司各部門進行協調，確保能迅速處理客戶的問題
- 待人有禮、熱情主動、對客戶服務有熱誠
- 全職 或 兼職
職位要求 ：
- 中五程度或以上，歡迎應屆畢業生
- 美容 / 零售相關客戶服務經驗優先
- 具備廣東話及英文讀寫能力
- 熟練使用中英文電腦打字
- 態度誠懇親切，以客為先，有責任感
