What they need
工作內容：
- 為 VIP 客戶提供專業及貼心的客戶服務
- 解答客戶查詢，包括產品資訊、訂單狀況及送貨安排
- 與客戶協調送貨日期及時間及訂單分拆，確保準時送達
- 處理客戶投訴及跟進個案，提升客戶滿意度
- 與內部團隊（如物流、銷售部）緊密合作，確保服務流程順暢
- 建立及維持良好客戶關係，提升品牌形象
- 配合協調公司的Live stream
職位要求：
- 大專或以上程度，具客戶服務或零售經驗優先
- 具備優秀的溝通及應變能力，於對客層面能作大方得體、具親和力及有溫度的回覆
- 良好粵語及英語溝通能力
- 具備良好人際關係及溝通技巧
- 細心、有耐性，能處理高要求客戶
- 熟悉 ShopLine 或 Shopify 系統及 Microsoft Office 操作更佳
工作時間及地點
- 工作時間： 09:00 — 18:00
- 工作日數： 週一至週六（週六長短週）
- 工作地點： 大埔
