Customer Service (On-Site)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide timely and professional support through online chat, email, and backend systems. You will assist customers with inquiries, collect feedback, and help improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via online support channels.

• Record customer feedback and escalate issues to relevant teams.

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  维护良好的客户关系，提升客户满意度
• Monitor backend operations and report any abnormalities.
  监控后台运营情况，及时汇报异常问题
• Follow company SOPs to deliver consistent customer service.
  严格遵循公司标准作业流程（SOP），提供一致且优质的客户服务
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
  完成主管交办的其他相关工作

Requirement

• High school diploma or above
  高中及以上学历
• Eager to learn, responsible, and able to learn quickly.
  学习能力强，积极主动，具备责任心
• Good communication and customer service skills.
  具备良好的沟通表达能力及客户服务意识
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.
  能适应轮班工作
• Able to work under pressure and handle customer complaints effectively.
  抗压能力强，能够妥善处理客户投诉及突发情况
