Data Operation Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities include but not limited to: i) Multi-channel data management 多渠道数据管理（Hospital, Device, CSO/DSO）

• Collect and monitor transaction data of distributors on a monthly basis;, quarterly review distributor tier and special rules; track monthly data collection status and follow up with reminders; coordinate with Commercial team on timely distributor hierarchy adjustments (500+ distributors). 每月收集与监控经销商流向数据，对经销商级别与特殊规则进行维护，跟踪并提醒月度经销商数据采集状态，配合商务团队及时进行调整。(超过500家)
• Regularly Work and communicate with 3rd party vendors to follow up on data release process and ensure the quality of sales B report process and output 第三方供应商合作和沟通，跟进月度B数据发布流程，确保销售B数据流程和输出的质量
• Validate and analyze sales B data across the three key channels（Hospital, Device and CSO/DSO）,delivering periodic achievement reports and flagging data anomalies. 重点对Hospital、Device、CSO/DSO三大渠道的销售B数据进行核对与分析，输出达成情况报告并预警数据异常。
• Provide and analyze corresponding reports to stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance & BD department)

为利益相关者提供并分析相应的销售报告（e.g. Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance & BD department）

• Support the sales team on corresponding business initiatives (e.g. hospital linked pharmacy, AI, DTP, Online medical care & hospital alliance)

• Support FFs and non-FFs sales teams on monthly appeal request and hotline reply 支持FFs和非FFs销售团队的每月申诉请求和热线回复。 ii)

Local digital project & automatic tool design 本地数字化项目和自动化工具设计

• Partner with APAC team on business report design for the three key channels, establishing a single source of truth for company data outputs and ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reports.

与亚太团队对接，支持三大渠道业务报告设计，统一公司数据出口，确保数据报告一致性与准确性。

• Rationalize, simplify and drive innovation across reporting platforms or dashboards, design solution to integrate (including Extract, Transform and Load) various data sources into a comprehensive data warehouse for business insights 合理化、简化和创新报告平台或仪表盘，设计解决方案，将各种数据源整合（包括提取、转换和加载）到一个全面的数据库，以获得全方位的业务洞察力
• Apply AI tools to enhance the efficiency of routine reporting workflows. Automate recurring steps — such as data cleaning, formula generation and report drafting — to accelerate delivery and reduce manual effort. 熟熟练运用 AI工具提升日常报告运营效率；将数据清洗、公式生成、报告起草等重复性环节自动化，以加快交付、减少人工投入 iii) CMI Platform Development & Operations 数据营销平台开发与运维
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to scope, develop and roll out new features for CMI platform. Ensure these enhancements support the sales team's day-to-day business operations.

与第三方供应商合作开发数据营销平台新功能，支持销售团队日常业务运营

• CMI platform operations and provide ongoing end-user support, covering issue resolution, user guidance and ad-hoc data requests.

负责CMI平台的常规运营与持续用户支持，包括问题处理、用户指导及临时数据需求响应持 Required requisites ： 1, Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations, SFE, or agency-side project delivery preferred.

本科或以上学历，有5年以上医药商务、SFE或项目管理经验者优先考虑 2, Solid experience around data integration, big data, and knowledge of digital landscape 在数据整合、大数据方面有丰富经验，对数字化领域有一定了解 3, Strong sense of responsibilities and ownership in designed tasks, he persistence to handle dataprocessing and ensure quality 对设计的任务有较强的责任心和主人翁意识，能持续跟进数据梳理并保证质量 4, An agile mindset and quick learning capabilities, to take the business logic after training 思维敏捷、学习能力强，经培训后能掌握业务逻辑 5, Advanced MS Excel skills — expert use of PivotTables and advanced formulas, with proven ability to build automated reporting and data-validation templates independently.

精通 MS Excel，熟练使用数据透视表与高级函数，能独立搭建自动化报表与数据校验模板 6, Preference given to candidates with either of the following: building channel performance dashboards in Power BI, or using Python (pandas, openpyxl, etc.) for batch data cleaning, processing and automation.

具备以下任一能力者优先：使用 Power BI 搭建渠道业绩看板；使用 Python（pandas / openpyxl 等）进行批量数据清洗、加工与自动化处理 7, Applies AI tools to data cleaning, formula and script generation, and report drafting, and proactively identifies opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
