Requirements 1. 具备≥5年汽车行业塑料产品的结构设计经验，对注塑模具和冲压模具结构有一定了解 More than 5 years’ experience in mechanical design for plastic products of automotive industry, familiar with plastic injection tooling and stamping tooling structure. 2. 具备扎实的机械理论知识 (如: 机械设计,机械原理,材料力学等)

Possess strong mechanical theory knowledge (i.e. Mechanical designing, Mechanic theory, Mechanics of materials, etc.)

• 有较强的创新设计能力 Possess innovative ability for mechanical design 4. 熟练使用CATIA软件 Skilled in using CATIA
• 具有良好的GD&T知识

Solid GD&T knowledge 6. 有较强的创新设计能力 Possess innovative ability for mechanical design 岗位职责 Job Responsibility 1. 负责产品概念设计，设计计算，3D设计和2D工程图绘制,DV样件制作和DV失效改进。 Be responsible for conceptual design, design calculation, 3D modeling and 2D drawing, DV sample build and DV issue troubleshooting 2. 了解客户技术需求，进行技术可行性分析，编制报价BOM Acquire customer technical requirement, conduct technical feasibility study, carry out quotation BOM

• 负责快速样件的检查和验证 Be responsible for check and verify rapid prototype 4. 负责零件的材料比较和选择 Be responsible for raw material evaluation and selection 5. 负责3D/2D设计及发布 Be responsible for design release for 3D/2D 6. 全球设计产品3D/2D检查及本地化; 负责编制Design-BOM

Global design 3D/2D checking and localization, Be responsible for D-BOM

• 负责工程设计变更相关3D/2D, 设计文档的更新，检查和发布

ECN relevant 3D/2D,design documentation update and release

• 负责产品的设计评审和VKMS设计释放负责产品的模具概念设计评审，DFM Be responsible for product design review and release Be responsible for tooling concept review， DFM
• 负责新设计产品的专利申请 Be responsible for patent application in the new product design 10. 完成上级交办的其他工作 Accomplish other jobs from manager
