- 负责全芯片的DFT架构定义和DFT策略评估； 2. 负责定义和实现DFT设计，包括Scan、ATPG、Lbist等； 3. 与物理设计团队协作，完成DFT相关的STA/power/IR方面的签核； 4. 与测试和产品团队协作，完成芯片ATE测试和良率分析。 职位要求：
- 微电子、电子工程、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，8年以上相关工作经验；
- 精通DFT技术和设计流程、仿真debug和芯片测试; 3. 具有成功量产芯片的设计经验; 4. 熟练掌握Shell/TCL/Perl/Python或其它类似的脚本语言; 5.具有较强的分析与解决问题的能力，较强的工作主动性。 关键字：Arch, SCAN, ATPG
