该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： 1. 参与IP的测试计划和测试结构定义； 2. 数字电路DFT设计实现和验证，MBIST/SCAN/Boundary Scan设计，ATPG和仿真； 3. 与物理团队协作，完成DFT相关的timing/power等signoff； 4. 协助客户实现toplevel dft集成，协助ATE测试和良率分析； 5. DFT flow的优化和升级。 职位要求： 1. 3年以上DFT相关工作经验； 2. 掌握DFT原理和方法，有独立分析解决问题的能力； 3. 具有MBist、Boundary scan等设计经验； 4. 熟练使用DFT相关EDA工具； 5. 熟练使用tcl、python等编程语言； 6. 熟悉数字电路设计流程； 7. 具有接口IP设计经验优先。 5、熟练使用tcl、python等编程语言；
