职位描述

通过有效的区域管理、团队管理及人员激励贯彻公司市场策略并制定辖区市场发展计划以支持公司业务目标的达成及提升产品在区域内的影响力与关键客户建立并保持良好的业务合作关系树立公司及产品的专业形象加强跨部门协作推动下属团队发展与能力提升。

工作职责

区域目标及区域管理

• 带领团队完成公司下达的工作目标
• 根据辖区的具体情况策划、组织相关的市场促销活动
• 带领团队执行及跟进市场推广计划及时准确收集及反馈市场信息
• 拜访医院与关键客户建立及保持良好关系通过与KA主管合作进行大客户的选择和谈判签订协议及执行
• 与本区商业人员沟通协调以确保产品在本区域的正常供应
• 在区域内合理有效地分配资源及控制费用
• 及时准确完成各项报表、报告

产品知识

• 帮助提高团队成员的产品知识在日常工作中的运用能力
• 了解竞争产品的相关知识及动态
• 不断学习并提高相关医学知识水平

职业操守

• 确保在日常工作过程中严格遵守公司的各项SOP、财务制度及合规要求保证团队行为符合公司的道德准则和原则
• 保持良好的专业形象着装符合职业标准言行举止符合公司要求
• 具有敬业精神对本职工作积极投入并起表率作用

团队管理和人员发展

• 通过有效的管理、激励、发展及保留人才建立高绩效团队
• 管理辅导代表通过有计划的联合拜访培训提高代表的工作技巧解决问题能力
• 完成季度绩效评估及业绩分析及时有针对性的辅导及培训下属以取得更好的业绩
• 通过绩效管理及人员发展计划确定培训需求发展和保留人才降低员工流失率
• 招聘合适的团队成员建立人才资源储备系统
• 确保离职人员按公司规定完成工作交接
• 加强本部门及跨部门的沟通及合作
• 创造良好的工作氛围促进团队合作做到公平、公正、公开
• 完成上级主管布置的其他临时任务

要求:
学历背景

• 医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历
• 2年以上相关领域团队管理或区域管理经验

技能

• 产品知识
• 市场推广与学术沟通能力
• 区域管理
• 辅导及发展下属
• 合规意识与跨部门协作能力
