- 軟韌體測試規劃、執行與品質管理：負責 NB / IoT 等產品之NPI各階段軟韌體測試策略規劃與執行、包含Test Plan撰寫、測試資源規劃、問題追蹤及品質管理，確保專案時程與產品品質。。
- 跨部門與客戶溝通：參與專案會議，定期向主管及國外客戶報告專案品質狀況，並具備與國外客戶進行英文 Conference Call 及日常溝通之能力。
- 技術領導與流程改善：評估並導入新測試技術及自動化測試方案，持續提升團隊測試效率與品質，並指導團隊成員進行技術成長與問題解決。
