该职位来源于猎聘 任职资格： 5年或以上SEAT 相关的经验，机械，车辆工程等相关专业本科或硕士 丰富的座椅概念和设计经验，熟悉座椅开发流程 熟悉座椅部件(框架，泡沫，内饰)和生产技术
熟悉汽车开发流程和标准，如ANPQP, PPAP等 具有良好的组织和解决问题的能力 优秀的沟通和协调能力 工作职责： 支持车辆概念的创建:设计和开发，性能要求，制作技术解决方案 整合座椅子系统设计，与接口组件沟通，跟踪问题并更改实施要求 检查& 审核 3D结构设计，并考虑零件制造工艺的可行性，结构强度，匹配，成本等以达到设计目标 与客户和供应商相关人员接洽，解决设计中出现的问题 负责跟OEM 客户进行技术澄清 与技术部门、供应商就技术问题和解决方案进行沟通和协调 主持召开相关会议，汇总会议结果并跟踪整改情况 上级领导交办的其他协助事项
