- 负责汽车门板从设计到量产的全流程开发工作。
- 主导门板的结构设计、材料选型与性能优化。
- 协调供应商及跨部门资源，解决量产过程中的技术问题。
- 跟踪项目进度，确保产品按时交付并满足质量标准。
任职要求：
- 4年以上汽车内外饰设计经验，熟悉门板量产开发流程。
- 熟练使用CATIA、UG等设计软件，具备独立设计能力。
- 具备良好的项目管理能力与沟通能力。
