Job Responsibilities | 岗位职责

1. E-Commerce Operations | 电商日常运营

• Manage Shopee, Lazada and TikTok stores daily
  负责Shopee、Lazada及TikTok店铺的日常运营
• Product listing, title optimization and image updates
  商品上架、标题优化及图片更新
• Maintain inventory and pricing accuracy
  维护库存及价格的准确性
• Process orders and follow up on shipment
  处理订单并跟进发货情况
• Handle customer inquiries (pre & post sales)
  处理客户咨询（售前与售后）
• Maintain store ratings and performance
  维护店铺评分及整体表现

2. Advertising & Campaign Support | 广告与活动支持

• Assist in setting up platform ads (Shopee / Lazada)
  协助设置Shopee / Lazada平台广告
• Participate in campaigns and promotions
  报名并参与平台促销活动
• Track and monitor campaign performance
  跟进并分析活动效果

3. KOL / Influencer Coordination | 达人 / KOL 对接

• Liaise with KOLs for product collaborations
  对接达人进行产品推广合作
• Coordinate product sampling and track progress
  跟进寄样及合作进度
• Collect content from videos / live sessions
  收集短视频及直播素材

4. Data & Reporting | 数据整理与分析

• Compile sales and traffic data
  整理销售及流量数据
• Assist in report preparation
  协助制作相关报表
• Support basic optimization using data insights
  根据数据进行基础优化

5. Team Collaboration | 团队协作

• Work closely with warehouse, CS and operations team
  与仓库、客服及运营团队紧密配合
• Ensure smooth order and logistics processes
  确保订单及物流流程顺畅

Job Requirements | 任职要求

• Basic Mandarin & English communication to communicate with Chinese Stakeholder. (Malay is a plus)
  具备基础中文及英语沟通能力用于和中国顾客沟通。（会马来文更佳）
• At least 1 year of e-commerce experience or willing to learn
  至少1年电商经验，或愿意学习的应届生亦可
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  熟悉Excel / Google Sheets基本操作
• Passionate about e-commerce industry
  对电商行业有兴趣
