工作职责
- 负责 Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop 日常运营
- 负责广告投放及优化（Shopee Ads / TikTok Ads）
- 分析市场趋势，寻找爆款产品及规划新品
- 提升店铺流量、转化率及销售业绩
- 规划平台活动及促销方案
- 每周提交运营数据报告，并提出改善方案
我们希望你具备
- 2 年以上电商运营经验
- 熟悉 Shopee、Lazada 或 TikTok Shop 后台
- 会广告投放及数据分析
- 有打造爆款商品经验者优先
- 主动、有责任感，喜欢挑战业绩
薪资/福利
- RM2,500 – RM4,000（视经验而定）
- KPI Bonus / Performance Bonus
- 华人工作环境，同事关系友好
