该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.主导新供应商审核、质量协议谈判及AVL供应商绩效评估与改善辅导。 2.负责新部件设计验证、工艺开发（含DOE优化）及关键制程标准制定。 3.推动量产质量提升、检验数字化及售后重大问题处理。 4.运用8D/DOE等工具进行根因分析，制定差异化绩效方案。 任职要求： 1.本科，电子/通信/自动化等相关专业； 2.5年以上电子行业SQE经验或研发、工艺等经验； 3.熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949及五大工具，掌握8D/DOE； 4.熟悉PCBA/SMT/电子元器件工艺，具备数据分析能力（PowerBI/SQL优先）；
