职位概述

负责领导和管理公司的环境、健康与安全（EHS）管理体系，确保全面符合相关法律法规及标准。主要职责包括开展风险评估、安全审核、事故调查、员工安全培训，以及向相关政府机构（如环境局 DOE、职业安全与卫生局 DOSH、消防局）进行法规申报与沟通。此外，还需负责 ISO 14001 和 ISO 45001 管理体系的维护与合规管理、计划废弃物管理，并持续推动安全、健康及可持续发展的工作环境。

工作职责

• 领导并推动公司环境、健康与安全（EHS）相关计划，确保符合国家法律法规及公司政策要求。
• 调查工作场所事故及安全事件，分析原因并制定和落实纠正与预防措施。
• 审核、更新及优化 EHS 管理程序，开展风险评估及环境影响评估。
• 确保公司全面落实 6S 管理标准及 ISO 14001、ISO 45001 管理体系要求。
• 负责计划废弃物的管理，包括库存管控、DOE eSWiS 系统申报及相关文件维护。
• 作为公司与职业安全与卫生局（DOSH）、环境局（DOE）及消防局（Bomba）的主要联络人，配合政府部门检查、审核及咨询工作。
• 为各级员工提供 EHS 培训，提升安全意识，营造“安全第一”的企业文化。
• 负责维护 EHS 相关文件、记录及法定报告，确保资料完整、准确并符合监管要求。

任职要求

• 拥有环境工程、职业健康与安全或相关专业学士学位。
• 至少 3 年制造业 EHS 工程师或相关职位工作经验。
• 熟悉环境保护法规、职业安全与卫生法规、ISO 管理体系（如 ISO 14001、ISO 45001）及 EHS 管理。
• 具备优秀的分析能力和问题解决能力，能够识别、评估并有效处理环境、安全及健康相关风险。
• 拥有良好的沟通协调及人际交往能力，能够与内部团队及政府监管机构保持良好合作。
• 工作积极主动、注重细节，具备高度责任感，致力于推动安全、健康及可持续发展的工作环境。
• 具备良好的中文沟通能力者优先考虑。

Job Summary

Responsible for leading and managing the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure full compliance with legal requirements and internal standards. This includes risk assessment, safety audits, incident investigations, employee training, and regulatory reporting, especially related to DOE, DOSH, and Bomba. The role also involves managing ISO14001 & ISO45001 compliance, scheduled waste handling, and promoting a safe, sustainable work environment.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and implement EHS initiatives in compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Review and update EHS procedures; conduct risk and impact assessments.
• Ensure adherence to 6S standards and ISO14001/ISO45001 requirements.
• Manage scheduled waste inventory, DOE eSWiS reporting, and related documentation.
• Liaise with DOSH, DOE, and Bomba during inspections and inquiries.
• Provide EHS training at all levels and promote a safety-first culture.
• Maintain all EHS documentation and regulatory reporting.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as an EHS Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Thorough understanding of environmental regulations, ISO standards, and best practices in EHS management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address environmental and safety concerns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment.
• Candidates fluent in Chinese preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Chinese speaking clients.
