该职位来源于猎聘 岗位要求： 1.主导量产品EL段（涉及dot ouch）异常处理及良率提升改善，制定目标并拆解，达成交付 2.负责量产品EL段日常良率监控管理 3.拉通前段整合/工艺/品质/制造等各单位，从源头改善/拦截优化/维修挽救/规格优化等维度综合提升模组段良率 4.评估EL段良率改善技术方案可行性，推动专项改善，跟进改善闭环 任职资格： 1.3-5年工作经验,具备OLED EL段量产整合或新产品工作经验，具有EL段工作经验优先 2.熟悉OLED EL段制程工艺和制造流程 3.具备问题解决能力，能主动发掘问题点并推进问题解决； 4.良好的逻辑思维，优秀的沟通协调能力， 5.良好的专案推进能力，推动良率提升与改善，达成交付目标 6.具备一定的品质及风险意识
