电气工程师/Electrical Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 工作目标 Objectives: 负责非标自动化设备的电气系统开发设计与调试, 建立并优化设备电气设计规范与安全控制标准。 Develop and debugging electrical systems for non-standard automation equipment, establish and optimize standards of electrical design and safe control; drive project implementation. 工作任务 Tasks: 1. 根据机械和工艺需求，制定非标自动化设备电气控制总体方案，完成元器件选型及成本估算； Develop overall electrical control schemes for non-standard automation equipment based on mechanical and process requirements, and complete electrical component selection and cost estimation. 2. 编写PLC和HMI程序，完成伺服/步进系统参数设置与调试； Develop PLC and HMI programs, and complete parameter configuration and commissioning of servo/stepper systems. 3. 配合机械工程师解决现场联调中的异常问题，对已交付设备提供远程或现场的技术支持 Collaborate with mechanical engineers to troubleshoot and resolve anomalies during on-site integration and commissioning, and provide remote or on-site technical support for delivered equipment. 4. 基于PCBASE系统,工业视觉系统开发与应用 Development and Application of Industrial Vision Systems based on PCBASE System 5. 项目推进与协同 Drive project progress and cross-functional collaboration. 6. 文档编制, 使用 EPLAN 或 AutoCAD Electrical 绘制电气原理图、接线图、电柜布局图等，编制BOM、操作 手册、维护手册等文档 Prepare technical documentation, including drawing electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and electrical cabinet layout drawings using EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical, and compiling BOMs, operation manuals and maintenance manuals. 岗位要求 Requirements: 1. 自动化，电气或机械相关专业本科及以上学历。5年以上相关工作经验。 Major in automation, electrical or mechanical, college degree or above. 5 years experiences is must. 2. 熟悉西门子PLC编程和倍福Twincat3编程，数据库应用及LabVIEW编程经验优先。 Familiar with Siemens PLC and BECKHOFF Twincat3 programming, database application and LabVIEW programming is preferred 3. 熟练使用E-plan软件，掌握液压、气动与电气设计。 Skilled in E-plan operation, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical design, 4. 熟练应用机器人、视觉传感及周边装置。 Skilled in robot, handling & automation, visual sensing and peripheral application. 5. 熟练使用office软件。 Skilled in MS office software. 6. 电机制造行业生产设备设计经验优先。 Design experience of motor manufacturing industry is preferred. 7. 扎实的工作经验，高度的责任感和上进心，良好的沟通和协调能力。 Solid work experience, high sense of responsibility and self-motivated, good communication and coordination skills.
