• Evaluate technical feasibility and cost of non-standard automation projects, discuss and develop solutions. 评估非标自动化项目技术可行性与成本，负责方案讨论与制定。
• Independently complete mechanical design including structure design, standard parts selection, drawing output. 独立完成非标设备机械设计，含结构设计、标准件选型、图纸输出。
• Execute and guide machine assembly, commissioning and improvement. 执行并指导设备装配、调试与改进。
• Track machined parts manufacturing and provide technical support. 跟踪机加工件制作并提供技术支持。
• Implement project management: schedule, cost, procurement, communication, risk, conflict management. 执行项目管理：进度、成本、采购、沟通、风险、冲突管理。
• Conduct internal design review, guide team members to improve design and project ability. 开展内部设计评审，指导组员提升设计与项目能力
• Share skills and experience, support colleagues to solve project issues. 分享经验技能，协助解决项目问题。
• Write operation manuals, inspection lists, maintenance documents.

编写设备操作手册、点检表、保养文档

• Write high-tech enterprise R&D materials and patents. 撰写高新企业研发材料与专利。 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件 Education & Major 学历与专业

Bachelor or above, automation/mechanical related. 本科及以上，自动化 / 机械相关 Working Experience工作经验

≥8 years working experience; ≥8 years non-standard automation equipment mechanical design experience. 8 年以上工作经验；8 年以上非标自动化设备机械设计经验 Professional Knowledge & Skills专业知识与技能 Proficient in mechanical design, materials, machining, surface/heat treatment; pneumatic/hydraulic/transmission selection; Solid-edge/2D&3D software; good hands-on ability. 精通机械设计、材料、加工、表面 / 热处理；气动 / 液压 / 传动选型；熟练使用 Solid-edge/3D/2D 软件；动手能力强 Personal Attributes通用素质 Good communication, presentation, coordination; systematic problem-solving; fast learning. 良好沟通表达、协调能力；系统分析解决问题；快速学习能力 Language语言要求 Good oral & written English for technical communication & reporting 良好英语读写与口语，可技术沟通与汇报 Others 其他要求 Proficient in Office (Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook/Teams/OneDrive)
