- 在技術面能清楚流暢的與客戶溝通
- 能對現有產品改善提出建議
- 針對客戶端，不定期進行拜訪溝通，說明我司現有產品及未來產品開發方向，並提供客戶端之產品及技術資訊，鞏固客戶端之關係並提昇客戶對我司之信賴及依賴度。
- 針對客戶反映的產品問題，進行狀況之瞭解，並串聯工廠之品保研發工程，會同處理問題，儘快給客戶滿意之答覆
- 製樣中之產品，若有發生規格或製樣困難之狀況，能協助瞭解狀況，依據工廠端之技術能力，協調出可行之方法，並與客戶溝通討論，達成共識
