该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 日常工作： 1、马达厂、模组厂技术支持； 2、马达、摄像头模组性能测试； 3、VCM产品线芯片功能、可靠性测试； 4、电容方案验证。 亮点工作： 1、理解马达、模组的制造工艺； 2、能够数量拆解马达、模组。 任职要求： 1、大专及以上，机械类相关专业，2年及以上工作经验； 2、理解马达、模组的结构和工艺，理解马达、模组的特性以及定义； 3、会熟练拆解分析马达、模组，会使用激光仪器测试； 4、具备现场独立拆解分析马达、模组不良品，和客户沟通、协调的能力； 5、有较强的抗压能力和应变能力，性格随和，善于处理冲突。
