Finance Manager 財務經理

Job Description  職位描述

• Prepare and issue monthly consolidated financial statements; 
  編制併發布月度合併財務報表；
• Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports; provide financial data to relevant parties as required;
  分析財務數據，編制綜合財務報告；根據需要向相關方提供財務數據；
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and be responsible for  matters related to audit reports;
  與內部和外部審計師聯絡，並負責與審計報告相關的事宜；
• Review audit and tax related reports of subsidiaries; 
  審閱子公司的審計和稅務相關報告；
• Organize the drafting and review of annual budget reports and monthly forecast reports;
  組織起草和審閱年度預算報告和月度預測報告；
• Experience in financial reporting of listed companies is preferred
  有上市公司財務匯報經驗優先；
• Assist with temporary work as needed；
  根據需要協助完成臨時工作；

Job  Specification  職位要求

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting or other related fields is preferred;
  本科及以上學歷，財務、會計或相關專業；

• HKICPA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred;
  持有CFA或CPA等相關專業資格；

• Experience in consolidated financial statements of listed companies, among which experience in Chinese/Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred;
  具有上市公司合併財務報表編制經驗，其中有中資/中資企業經驗者優先；

• Attention to details, self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure;
  注重細節，積極主動，能夠承受工作壓力；

• Good at cooperation, communication and guiding subordinates; and as part of a team;
  善於合作、溝通和指導下屬，並具有團隊精神；

• Proficient in operating accounting software, such as Peachtree, etc.;
  熟練操作Peachtree等會計軟體；

• Good command of written and spoken  Cantonese  、Mandarin and English. 
  良好粵語、普通話、英文的書寫和口語能力。
