财务分析经理 Finance Manager

• Improve AP level planning, forecast, analysis efficiency& consistency协调亚太区财务计划，预测，分析活动，跨区域协调并提高效率
• Provide finance insight to support profitable business growth 为业务健康盈利发展提供财务赋能

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责

• Prepare annual comprehensive budget and bi-annual rolling budgets. Subsequently, carry out variance analysis on important budgetary items and furnish management with analytical data and governance-related insights. 编制公司年度全面预算以及每年二次的滚动预算，并对重点预算项目进行后续实施差异分析，向管理层提供治理分析数据信息；
• Working capital analysis and drive efficiency 亚太层面运营资金优化的分析及行动 Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级主管分配的其它临时性工作.
• AP level planning, forecast, analysis activities, able to coordinate cross sites and improve efficiency

协调亚太区财务计划，预测，分析活动，跨区域协调并提高效率

• Flexible to take entity level controlling tasks for trading entities (optional) 贸易公司层面的计划分析等工作（可选）
• Deep dive into product level analysis (e.g. PVM) to identify business opportunities and improvement needs etc.深入的产品分析（例如，本量利）以发现业务增长或改善的机会
• Project based analysis, and AP level initiatives 项目相关的分析，并参与亚太的一些创新工作
• Design or unify or simplify local reporting 设计或统一或简化本土各家公司的报告等
• Partner with cross function teams to provide proper Finance support 为跨部门提供恰当的财务支持 Skills and Qualifications:任职条件及技能要求
• Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Accounting, Finance or related majors.

A minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting work experience.

财务相关专业本科及以上学历，6年以上相关工作经验 CPA, or ACCA is preferred. 选项条件：CPA或ACCA优先

• A strong command of IFRS will be given priority 熟练掌握IFRS准则优先
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a deep commitment to teamwork and collaboration and solid work manner. 具有良好的协作沟通能力，团队合作精神以及稳健的工作作风
• Skilled in the proficient operation of office software, financial software, and systems. 熟知财务软件及分析工具的熟练运用
• Strong logical analysis skills coupled with keen insight. 较强的综合逻辑分析能力以及敏锐的洞察力
• Strong English capabilities
