Finance Supervisor- AR/IC Reconciliation

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Accountabilities  Control accuracy of information integrated into accounting application A/R (billing systems).  Receive and allocate cash (as input to credit management and collections). Receive chq or bill of exchange, obtain appropriate signatures and send them to the bank.  Control and follow up of outstanding debtors (aging balances), liaise with Credit team to do collection.  Provide information on customers' accounts on demand from BUs.  Control completeness customer's request forms and create customers in the financial master file.  Contact credit insurance companies and provide recommended credit limit to local entities.  Provide support to G/L team to reach monthly closing deadline.  Perform financial activities to help team members to meet process performance.  Work with own team and/or with other process teams to identify, and implement improvement opportunities.  Deliver high levels of customer service within the AR process area, in accordance with process performance.  Timely response to BUs' queries.  Proactive in meeting customer needs and requirements.  Responsible for IC Reconciliation management.  Other tasks assigned by Financial Manager.  Master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge, have the ability to identify risks, wear personal protective equipment correctly, use the site’s safety facilities correctly, do a good job of garbage classification, save energy.

• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation; apply policies and processes; ensure qualification, instruction and supervision of the team in the application of HSE processes, regulations and emergency procedures based on current risk assessments.

▪ apply improvement programs and monitor safe application Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies) Education/Major: Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and accounting. MBA, master degree in Accounting and/or CPA is preferred. Experiences:

• 5 years of directly related accounting / finance experience.
• Experience of leading people by utilization of facts
• Experience with financial software implementation.
• Experience in US GAAP is a plus Certificates:
• CPA
• GAAP is a plus.
• ACCA is a plus. Knowledge & Skills:
• Technically proficient in accounting; extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assertive leadership, good team player and proven management expertise Foreign language: Fluent in written and oral English. Computer ability: Familiar with office software application Personal Quality:
