- 协助FOF投资团队进行市场分析与研究，支持投资策略制定
- 参与基金产品筛选、尽职调查及绩效评估工作
- 整理分析宏观经济数据及行业动态，撰写相关研究报告
- 协助完成组合构建、风险监控及投后管理工作
任职要求：
- 金融、经济、统计等相关专业本科及以上学历应届毕业生
- 具备扎实的金融理论基础，熟悉量化分析工具者优先
- 具有良好的数据搜集处理能力和逻辑分析能力
- 通过CFA/FRM部分级别考试或具备相关实习经验者优先
