What they need
職責
- 監督金屬及鋼結構工程施工質量及進度，確保工程按時完成。
- 處理地盤突發情況及協調現場工作安排。
- 與總承建商及分判商協調並監督外判工作進度及質量。
- 協助執行及監督地盤安全及環保守則，確保符合法例要求。
- 能獨立工作並帶領地盤工人完成指定任務。
要求
- 中三或以上學歷。
- 具 1 年或以上金屬工程或鋼結構地盤管工經驗。
- 熟悉鋼結構、鋁質工程、焊接或金屬裝飾安裝工序。
- 必須持有指定工序技術測試證書 (T1證書)。
- 持有「安全督導員證書」者優先考慮。
- 具建築信息模型 (BIM) 使用經驗者優先。
