What they need
負責將客戶的實際業務情境和痛點，轉化為清晰、可執行的產品需求與技術規格，並在前線進行驗證與調優，加速核心產品/服務的開發與迭代。
與 PM、PO、UI/UX 和後端工程師等角色緊密合作，確保需求理解並如期完成專案交付。
依專案需求，負責開發 Web 應用程式、企業客戶後台、CRM 平台、業務營運輔助系統及各式線上報表。
獨立分析與解決服務問題，並持續對產品的架構、資料與流程進行優化，以提升產品品質與效能。
執行同仁工作成果的程式碼審查（Code Review），並對功能進行壓力測試與性能調校，同時協助及控管外包單位交付的品質
