- 亲自开发并推动过GPU、服务器、云容量、IDC或HPC资源合作；
- 能区分资产方、运营方、渠道商、Broker及真正合同相对方； ·
- 理解HGX/DGX/NVL72、GPU代际、NVLink/NVSwitch、IB/RoCE、液冷、电力与机柜条件；
- 能比较直接租赁/购买GPU和供应商自营Token产能两种结构；
- 能计算包含网络、运维、税费、汇率、押金、闲置和违约风险的实际成本；
- 具备KYC、UBO、最终用户、资源权属及跨境贸易合规意识； ·
- 能使用英语进行陌生资源开拓、谈判、尽调和现场沟通。
