中欧独代市场增长运营负责人-Global Business Solutions

职位描述 1、增长策略与收入管理；

1）对中欧reseller市场的收入结果负责，识别增长卡点与高潜机会点，形成清晰、可执行、有优先级的增长计划；

2）结合TikTok区域目标，拆解各市场的Go-To-Market方案，确保代理商侧团队明确目标、路径与优先级；

2、代理商经营管理；

1）定期与reseller partner进行业务复盘，跟踪花费趋势、广告主获取及重点账户表现；

2）对关键客户策略或复杂升级问题亲自介入，推动收入机会落地；

3）在无直接管理权的情况下，承担代理商侧团队的实际管理角色，对齐战略方向、工作节奏、重点事项与结果预期；

4）推动reseller侧团队管理的绩效管理，包括目标设定、结果跟踪、问题诊断与改进推动；对市场表现不佳的情况，能够定位根因并通过影响力、协作及必要升级推动解决；

3、跨团队协作；与Strategy、Finance、Legal等团队协同，确保deal顺利推进，整体执行符合政策与流程要求。

职位要求 1、具备扎实的战略背景，有战略咨询、公司战略或同类战略岗位经验；能够分析复杂业务并搭建中长期框架，不限于日常执行管理；5年以上战略分析或商业运营相关经验，本科及以上学历，商科、经济、金融或分析型专业优先，MBA或硕士学位加分；

2、有端到端负责业务结果的经历（收入、增长或市场份额等）；

3、具备较强的商业判断力，能够将业务目标转化为执行动作，同时处理战略层与经营层问题；对合作模式、合同结构、激励设计有基本理解；

4、具备出色的跨团队推动能力，能够在无直接汇报线的情况下，驱动不同区域、不同职能的人协同达成目标；

5、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够从复杂、零散的数据中定位问题与机会；熟练使用Excel/Sheets，熟悉BI工具者优先；

6、主动性强，能够自我驱动推进问题解决，适应流程仍在搭建中的环境；具备全球化、跨文化工作经验，适应多市场、多时区协作；英语可作为工作语言。
