Join EVE Energy Malaysia as a Graduate Engineer and start your career in the fast-growing new energy industry. This program offers full-time employment, structured technical training, and a 3-month training program in China to gain hands-on exposure to engineering and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责

• Participate in engineering and manufacturing operations, improvement projects, and technical problem-solving.
  参与工程及制造运营、改善项目和技术问题解决。
• Support production, equipment, process, quality, and engineering activities based on business requirements.
  根据业务需求，支持生产、设备、工艺、质量及工程相关工作。
• Learn and apply manufacturing processes, equipment operations, and production management practices.
  学习并应用制造工艺、设备操作及生产管理相关知识。
• Analyze production and equipment data to identify issues and support continuous improvement.
  分析生产及设备数据，识别问题并支持持续改善。
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
  与工程、生产、质量及其他相关部门密切合作，解决运营及生产问题。
• Participate in the 3-month training program in China and apply the knowledge gained to Malaysia operations.
  参加为期3个月的中国培训项目，并将所学知识应用于马来西亚工厂的实际运营。
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other technical materials as required.
  根据工作需要准备报告、文件及其他技术资料。

Requirements | 任职要求

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  工程或相关技术领域学士学位。

• Open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in engineering and manufacturing.
  欢迎应届毕业生申请，并需对工程及制造领域具有浓厚兴趣。

• Mandarin proficiency is required, including speaking, reading, and writing, for effective communication during training and with Chinese colleagues.
  需具备中文听说读写能力，以便在培训期间及与中国籍同事沟通时进行有效交流。

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  具备良好的分析、解决问题、沟通及团队合作能力。

• Willing to undergo full 3 months of training in China.
  愿意接受为期3个月的中国培训。

• Willing to work in Kulim, Kedah after completing the training.
  完成培训后愿意在吉打州居林工作。

• Responsible, proactive, willing to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  具备责任心、主动性及学习意愿，并能适应快速发展的制造业工作环境。
